About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

We are a company built on passion, science and the belief that if you can change something for the better, you should.

Our Story

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

For Noreen it was the fact she had a hair problem at a young age that impacted on both her self image and confidence. After going through many years of short term solutions she vowed to find a permanent answer. This passion and purpose stretched out over the next four decades.

A trip around the globe learning from the best across the world, Noreen brought back to Australia with her multi-needle galvanic electrolysis. She opened her own clinic in Sydney, Australia which has been running for close to 40 years, she introduced a course to Australia to teach other electrologists about galvanic and has pioneered the industry over her long spanning career.

Her chapter with the GEMM-16 started in 2000, with 4 learning experiences that never made it to the market. She has perfected the device to be both user friendly, efficient for the client and lower the pain experience felt.

Finally in 2020 the first prototype was ready for trial and after 2 years of over 28 machines on trial the GEMM-16 was ready to market! With the machine being classed as a medical device and passing all FDA testing 2024 it became available to purchase.

The culmination of Noreen’s efforts is the GEMM-16, a ground-breaking electrolysis machine designed to the highest medical standards. This innovation not only embodies her dedication to quality and effectiveness, but also her vision of offering a solution that transcends the limitations of traditional hair removal methods.

The GEMM-16 stands as a testament to her journey, encapsulating two decades of research, development, and personal investment in creating a device that promises a future free from the burden of unwanted hair.

The Timeline of the GEMM-16 Project

2000

Noreen Roesler (CEO) was working
as an Electrologist and was searching for the key to a 100% result. She started researching and teamed up with Engineers to design a concept for a new device that could deliver those results.

2005

The first physical design from initial concept was developed. The technology was being tested to reduce
the pain and keep the current flow consistent.

2018

A prototype has been developed, however a new prototype was needed that was 2a Medical compliant.

2020

The final prototype is released for trial in our clinics over the next 3
years.

2024

From a concept in 2000 to the machine being used in business' worldwide in 2024.
